Victors New Panhead project

I have a new friend named Victor and he has a panhead project I'm going to be putting together for him.  He says he wants a quick down and dirty job just to get her goi, but sometimes these things have a habit of turning into something a little more long term.  Anyhow, victor is undecided about a few things so I'm posting some pics here for him to take a look at to get his head on straight..or confuse him all together...here's to you Victor me boy
