BORN FREE IV...The freaks and weirdos

Even if you aren't a dyed in the wool chopper freak this event brings out every kind of humanity known to man.  For myself half the show is people watching and seeing old friends and making new ones. The people in this strange little offshoot of bikersville or Greasy culture or whatever the hell it is are most definitely a kind unto ourselves.  So, even if you ain't a bike nut this show has something for everybody...especially those who are a little out there.

Doug wants floorboards, what a pain in the ass

Been trying to figure out what to do with all these stickers, so I sprayed hammertone on my welder and arranged them thus...

Okay, so Doug has been bugging the holy shit out of me because his pegs are too high (snivel snivel) "I want forward controls(kicking his feet)"  I just couldn't bring myself to put those hokey big ass chrome CC, hanging all out, double ugly fucking forward controls with their stupid hangy out linkage.  So Finally I gave in or he was going to trailer this fucker everywhere this summer. The only way this was going to happen on this particular bike was going to have to be floorboards, so here is the installation on the brake side ( the easiest side first). Took me a few days to figure out how I was going to attack it, I thunk the pics are self explanatory. I still like the mids better but this ain't to bad, the other side is gonna be a fucking bitch, stay tuned.
