This is Doug's Sporty, used to be Dennis' Sporty and it was Ralph's Sporty before that. Either way, I started the build with Dennis and it looks like I'll be finishing the build with Doug. I bent all the tubing for the frame on a bumper hitch ball, before I had my bender, took a couple shots but we got it right. Now you can see I made the oil tank mount out of some Honda CB 750 connecting rods. Going to try and have this one done in time for the "Hippykiller Hoedown ll"in April. Probably won't be all painted and detailed but hopefully running for the summer.
That's Doug on his 79 Goldwing, so you can see he really needs this Sporty. I'll be running a constant log on this build up as soon as I get it on the rack again, maybe next week. Slim's already made a bad ass tank for it, gonna be a looker.

Here's some long bike pics, inspiration for the 40" over Sporty I'm gonna be building soon. Slim of Slimsfabrications.com has already made the front end for me. First I gotta finish Dougs Sporty

This is my Son Ian and the chopper I built for him while he was overseas with the Marine Corps. Its a fully polished Revtec motor and 6 speed trans. Ran bitchen!! He was having financial trouble and had to let it go, so sad

I'm jus going to start posting up pics of bikes I like or am inspired by if I don't have any of my own stuff to show. I have 3 followers now so suppose I should start updating this thing.

I got this video from my best bud from the 80's

This is some time in the late 80's when I was doing roadie work for "Cold September", A band of near do wells that almost made it. Wonder what happened to those guys? The keyboardist, who's name I can't remember went on the play with Bob Dylan's boy in "The Wallflowers".

The other part is me and my son Ian who is now 27 and been through the Marine Corp (Semper Fi) and is now a fire fighter.

Then I'm in the pumpkin patch with Doug's wife Janine, and their daughter who is now 20 something. Time flies when you're having fun
